Factory Media require a Digital Account Manager to work with our editorial team to manage our network of 25 action sport websites.

You will support and manage our team of Site Editors based across UK/Europe, you will need to work with the Editors remotely and be willing to travel when needed.

The ideal candidate will have had experience as an account manager in a digital agency, working with clients on web sites, ecommerce systems and online marketing.

You will:

  • Work with Site Editors to identify ideas that can be rolled out across the network
  • Track the performance of each site including P&L
  • Organise a quarterly Editors conference to demonstrate new functionality and showcase best practice across the network
  • Support the rollout of new site functionality and best practices
  • Work with the Site Editors to improve their P&L
  • Manage design and development requests from site editors
  • Develop training material for site editors
  • Co-ordinate site work with the Search, Development, Ad and Design Team

Reporting to the Digital director you will also work closely with the design, development and search teams to the deliver improvements to our sites functionality.

Previous Experience:

  • You have managed multiple digital projects/clients
  • At least 3 years experience of working in a digital role
  • Arranged and delivered training to clients for new digital tools

Required Skills:

  • Excellent client management skills
  • A strong understanding of Analytics and data analysis
  • Good technical knowledge, you are able to support end clients and feedback to the development team
  • Able to work with a remote team
  • A strong understanding of online monetisation methods - CPM, CPC, CPA etc

KPI’s:

  • Increase sites P&L’s via the rollout of new site functionality
  • Identifying best practice and then roll out across the network
  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with all Site Editors
